Services

Everything your Salesforce org needs, from one place.

Pick a single service or combine them in a monthly plan. Each one has a clear scope and a written result.

Salesforce administration

Most small teams don't need a full-time admin. They need a reliable partner who knows the platform, answers within a day and keeps the org tidy while it grows.

  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Permission sets
  • Lightning pages
  • Release management

Ask for a quote

What's included

  • User setup, profiles, permission sets and role hierarchy
  • Objects, fields, record types, page layouts and Lightning pages
  • Validation rules, picklists, list views and email templates
  • Testing the three Salesforce releases a year and switching on what helps
  • Security health check, login policies, inactive licence clean-up

What you get

  • A dedicated consultant who knows your org
  • Requests handled from a shared tracker, reply within one business day
  • A monthly summary of what changed and why
  • A living document of your org's setup

Typical situation

A 15-user sales team where six people have System Administrator access and no field-level security. We move everyone to permission sets, remove unused licences and document who can see what.

Reports, dashboards & KPIs

Our team has presented Salesforce numbers to executive teams every week. We know a dashboard only works if the definitions are agreed and the data behind it is trusted, so that is where we start.

  • Report types
  • Dashboards
  • Forecasts
  • CRM Analytics
  • Excel / Power BI exports

Ask for a quote

What's included

  • KPI workshop: agree definitions for pipeline, win rate, cycle time and coverage
  • Custom report types, joined and summary reports, formulas
  • Dashboards for leadership, managers and reps
  • Forecast categories and collaborative forecasting set-up
  • Scheduled subscriptions so the right people get the numbers

What you get

  • A KPI dictionary your whole team uses
  • Three dashboard layers: executive, manager, rep
  • Data gaps flagged with a plan to fix them
  • A walkthrough session and a short video for new hires

Typical situation

See the interactive demo dashboards on this site: they show the structure we build, with invented numbers.

Automation with Flow

Good automation removes clicks and keeps data consistent. Bad automation creates loops and errors nobody understands. We build Flows that are documented, tested and easy to switch off.

  • Record-triggered Flow
  • Screen Flow
  • Scheduled Flow
  • Approval processes
  • Workflow & Process Builder migration

Ask for a quote

What's included

  • Lead assignment and round-robin routing
  • Stage-based tasks, reminders and approval steps
  • Renewal and follow-up opportunities created automatically
  • Guided screen flows for complex data entry
  • Migrating old Workflow Rules and Process Builder to Flow

What you get

  • Flows tested in a sandbox before going live
  • A one-page description of every automation
  • Error emails routed to the right person
  • Fewer manual steps for your reps

Typical situation

Reps copy every closed-won deal into a project tracker by hand. One record-triggered Flow can create the project, assign the owner and alert finance.

Data quality & migration

Every report and every AI feature depends on clean records. Our team has worked on migrations into Salesforce for global sales teams, from requirements to data mapping and user testing.

  • Data Import Wizard
  • Data Loader
  • Duplicate & matching rules
  • Validation rules
  • Agentforce data readiness

Ask for a quote

What's included

  • Data quality audit with duplicate and completeness scores
  • Matching and duplicate rules, merge clean-up
  • Required fields and validation rules where they help
  • Migration from spreadsheets, HubSpot, Pipedrive or a legacy CRM
  • Data readiness review before switching on AI features

What you get

  • A data quality score you can track monthly
  • A field mapping document and a tested import plan
  • Reconciliation report after migration
  • Rules that stop the mess from coming back

Typical situation

A company moves from spreadsheets and an old CRM with 40,000 contacts, a third of them duplicates. We clean and deduplicate before the move, map every field, run two test loads and reconcile the totals, so the team starts with data it trusts.

Implementation & new features

Whether you are starting with Salesforce or adding something new, the job is the same: understand the process first, then configure the smallest thing that works.

  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
  • Integrations
  • AppExchange apps

Ask for a quote

What's included

  • Requirements workshops and process mapping
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud set-up for small teams
  • Sales engagement tools: Cadences, Activity Capture, conversation insights
  • AppExchange app selection and configuration
  • Integrations and custom code delivered by our certified developers

What you get

  • A written scope with a fixed price where possible
  • Configuration in a sandbox, then a planned go-live
  • Admin documentation and user guides
  • 30 days of post-launch support

Typical situation

A 12-person sales team works from spreadsheets and email. We map the sales process in two workshops, set up Sales Cloud with clear stages, required fields and dashboards, and train the team before go-live.

Training & user adoption

A CRM is only as good as the data reps put in. We have run onboarding and feedback sessions for global sales teams and know the usual reasons people avoid the CRM.

  • In-app guidance
  • Adoption dashboards
  • Training
  • Change management

Ask for a quote

What's included

  • Role-based training for reps and managers
  • Short how-to guides and videos
  • Adoption dashboard: logins, updates, activity
  • Feedback sessions to find what slows people down
  • Layout simplification so updates take seconds

What you get

  • Training material you keep
  • An adoption baseline and monthly trend
  • A prioritised list of fixes from user feedback

Typical situation

Managers complain that reps don't update opportunities. We cut the layout from 60 fields to the dozen that matter at each stage, switch on automatic email capture, run short training sessions and track adoption on a dashboard.

Questions about services

Which Salesforce editions do you support?

Mostly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud on Professional, Enterprise and Unlimited editions. Some automation features differ by edition, and we check that before quoting.

Do you build Apex or Lightning Web Components?

Yes, when code is the right answer. Most of our work is declarative: configuration, Flow and reporting. Apex and Lightning Web Components are written by certified developers on our team, reviewed and deployed together with you.

Can you help us prepare for Agentforce or other AI features?

Yes, starting with your data. AI features answer from your records, so we review data quality, permissions and the processes they would touch before anything is switched on.

How do you get access to our org?

You create named users for our consultants with the permissions the work needs. We never share logins, and access can be removed the day our work ends.
